Your Monday root word of the week is: lab which means: work. This Latin root appears in many English words such as:  collaborate - to work with a person; elaborate - to work out the details; laborious - requiring a lot of hard work.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK: Freedom Dday:  “The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil constitution, are worth defending against all hazards: And it is our duty to defend them against all attacks.” - Samuel Adams

Mindful Monday Moment - That was Portugal the Man with “Live in the Moment.”  This is the theme of your Mindful Moment of the week.  A great deal of mindfulness centers on the idea that it is important to focus on the present and not be overly concerned about the past and future while you are practicing mindfulness.  As the song says, “Let’s live in the moment.”  Try to spend time today simply just appreciating your surroundings, focusing on your breathing, and being as present as possible.  This is a great technique to stay relaxed and improve your focus and performance.  Let’s all live in the moment.

Wednesday Wellness Wish - That was “You Will Be Found” from Dear Evan Hansen.  This is the theme of your Wellness Wish of the Week.  Like the lyrics say, “Even when the dark comes crashing through or when you need someone to carry you, you will be found.”  Whenever you find yourself in need of help, whether it’s a small thing or a huge issue, be sure to reach out to someone in our building or in your life so you can start the process of getting help.  There are so many people here who just want to help out in any way possible.  Being found is so essential, because the opposite is being lost.  It is difficult, lonely and scary to feel lost and alone, so like the song goes, “Let the sun come streaming in because you’ll reach up and you’ll rise again.  If you only look around, you will be found.”  We have your back Pelicans.  Let us know what we can do for you.

 BRAINTEASER:                                                         If:

6 + 4 = 210

9 + 2 = 711

8 + 5 = 313

5 + 2 = 37

7 + 6 = 113

9 + 8 = 117

10 + 6 = 416

15 + 3 = 1218

Then:

?? + ?? = 123
